Make yourself interesting


           Being interesting is one’s ability to positively stimulate another person to make one more attractive and thought provoking. It is a very vital characteristic as it is the foundation for relationships and affiliations. The person whom you spend most of the time is yourself so try to make yourself interesting.
       Being an interesting person is not hereditary but it can be learnt and practiced. It is a characteristic that can be regularly work on and develop through experience. It is developed through being who you are and by getting in touch with something which is inside all of us.
Human being is interesting if he is honest. Take challenging hobbies and push yourself to your limits and tact with him. The reason that many people fail to become interesting is that they do not trust themselves; they worry too much over small things. Every individual can be interesting if he smile and laugh more and it is a favor as it reduces stress too. People can be interesting if they are honest and initiative then challenge yourself to improve. Be natural and true to yourself and try to build a genuine image. Incorporate everything you do into your true self. Do not take yourself so seriously always. Grow up and deal with your responsibilities properly to be interesting. Always be learning and convert your weaknesses to your strengths.

 SECRETS OF HAPPINESS

                 Happiness is mental and emotional state of well being related to positive emotions. Happiness is small things happening around you that bring a smile on faces.
Happiness can be learned by finding meaning and purpose to life. People can be happy if they accept what they have. Instead of complaining about things that happen to us, enjoy with what you have.
Other way to be happy is enjoy what you do. Happy people do what they enjoy and enjoy what they do.
            Apart from that people may become happy if they live for today. Do not dwell on the past, on things that went wrong and failures. But do not dream about an idealized future that does not exist. Do not worry about what hasn't happened yet. Happy people live for now with their positive mind sets.
Choose happiness always go for the right thing. Do not be afraid to step back to re evaluate your goals. Flexible approaches can bring positive things and happiness.
Take a good care of your relations. To be happy relationships are important.  We get our happiness from other people, and from supporting other people. Remember that just as other people can make us happy, we are all ‘other people’ to someone else.
Try to be busy to be happy. Develop an outgoing, social personality.
           So happiness is small things happening around you which you didn't notice while you were busy planning your next promotion, project presentation, exam preparation, job hunt, wedding planning, purchase of property etc and in the end you are left with lists of achievements or failures you confuse with happiness.

DREAMS

The involuntarily successions of emotions, images,ideas and sensations that occur in minds are dreams. Dreams mainly occur during sleeping times. The purpose of dreams are not understood yet but dreams are connected to the unconscious minds. The length of dreams even vary.Dreams can have varying natures, like magical, adventurous,frightening and melancholic. The events in dreams are mostly outside the control of the dreamer with exception of the dream where dreamer is has self awareness about it called as lucid dreaming. Everybody dreams; simply you do not remember your dream does not mean that you do not dream.In fact, you have several dreams during a normal night sleep.On average you can dream anywhere from one to two hours every night. Moreover, you can have four to seven dreams in one night.Five minutes  after the end of the dream , half the content is forgotten. To some extent dreams are indirectly connected to real life.  If you are feeling anxious, you will likely have a dream in which you are anxious about something. Because dreams are some kind of  reflection of your inner thoughts. Inner thoughts comes from real life. Dreams are important and they play vital role in your well being and health. Some times  dreams help to tackle stress. Dreaming is important to recharge the mind.

Fear is friend.
   
           Fear is an unpleasant emotion caused by the belief that someone or something is dangerous. It occurs in many forms like anxiety, nervousness, worry, tension, phobia. This kind of fear is always of something that might happen. It is actually that state in which individuals are mentally in future.
        Fear is helpful as it hinders individuals doing things that shouldn't. If people didn't have the fear of being punished and arrested there would be lot of  bad things happening. Fear lets you know that you are alive and it motivates you towards appropriate actions. Fear is compulsory for personal development and fear is that factor that help us being human. Fear keeps people in line and it provides boundaries for survival.

Nature and human:

                                             Humans are part of nature like other living things. There is strong relationship between nature and human beings. As humans totally depend upon their healthy ecosystems for their survival.Nature provides them water, fresh air,food and even recreational retreats. Apart from that there is beautiful affiliation between nature and humans. humans are always attracted towards the beauty of nature, flowing stream, green mountains, singing birds and sleeping lands all grasp the attention of humans. Even the  silence of nature is so real that it always surrounds humans souls.Humans must live harmoniously with nature by understanding the working of nature. so its time to wake up and reconnect a strong and beautiful relation with nature. Be connect with what you have, rejoice in the way things are. when you realize there is nothing lacking, the whole world and its beauty belongs to you.
Imaginations can lead you towards other places

         Many people imagine different things. Some imagine nature in front of their eyes, some people imagine different personalities but when imaginations become stronger and more frequent then people may make perceptions that they are in a new environment. The same case is with third dimension. People of high imaginations can enjoy third dimension. Third dimension is an abstract world where people of different culture and civilization exist. People who start imagining third dimension then get stucked to that world mostly. They start believing like that world people are interacting with them. They may spend many hours in their imaginations.  Science say such types imaginations are psychological disorders but people who have strong imaginations that they can discover a place where they are more comfortable than their real places how can be it a disorder. It may be a therapy to get relieve from this hectic world and its stresses

Emotions

              Emotions arise at different stages of life; when emotions are at the peak then human beings act as blind. When individuals are unable to control over their emotions they act like mad and aggressive person. People usually become sad when they do not get what they really want and it causes anger. Like when an individual wishes for care and love from surrounding but nobody tries to pay attention at that moment sensitivity takes place and individuals become aggressive. 
          There are two basic dimensions of anger. One is if individuals do not get what they really want to have at that moment they become angry. Secondly when fear takes place individuals become angry. Everybody experiences such changes in their lives. Positive and negative emotions are part of every individual’s personality but if negative emotions are controlled then personality becomes stronger. The more positive you are  the more understanding ability you develop and it leads towards constructive thinking.
